US Fertility in Pembroke Pines, FL is seeking a Fertility (RN) Nurse / Clinical Research Coordinator (Float) to join our team. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating weekends and holidays, and potential float to Margate location.

This role offers growth within a nationally respected organization while staying connected to patients and teams. The ideal candidate has an RN license, 1+ year RN experience, and clinical research exposure, with BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position required.
• Clinical research experience strongly preferred.
• Current state RN license without limitations required.
• BLS certification required.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Teach about procedures and how to administer injections.
• Schedule treatment after initial and follow up visits.
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results, with appropriate interpretation and explanation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families.
• Assist with performing clinical activities and administrative work in support of the research study.
• Assist with conducting study consultations with patients.
• Assist with coordinating CRI site visits and inspections.
• Assist with processing patient or program incidents within designated area and help to prepare necessary documentation.
• Assist in addressing and resolving day-to-day issues that pertain to the research department.
• Attend meetings as assigned; communicate issues where appropriate.
• Provide additional RN and clinical research support duties as assigned.
