Job summary

US Fertility in Westshore, Florida, part of a national network including Shady Grove Fertility, is hiring a Fertility Registered Nurse Case Manager. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional weekend and holiday rotation.

You will coordinate fertility patient care, monitor treatment plans, communicate physician orders and lab results, support patients and families, and document care in patient records. RN license in good standing is required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred
• Current state RN license without limitations required
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients
• Computer proficiency required
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Strong customer service and results oriented; highly responsive to requests

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with interpretation
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families
• Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records
