Job summary

US Fertility is seeking a Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Orlando, Florida. This role supports patients through fertility treatment, coordinating care and ensuring clear communication with physicians and labs.

The ideal candidate is an RN with clinical fertility experience, BSN preferred, and strong interpersonal skills. Work hours are Mon–Fri 7:30–4:30 with rotating weekends and some holidays. Competitive benefits support professional growth.

Qualifications

• RN license or eligibility required.
• Fertility/IVF experience preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate patient care.
• Computer proficiency required for charting and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility patient care and treatment plans.
• Monitor patients and provide education throughout treatment.
• Communicate physician orders and lab results clearly.
• Establish compassionate environment and support for patients and families.
• Document patient care in records and charts.
