Job summary

Spring Fertility in Denver, CO seeks a Nurse Coordinator RN to provide patient-centered fertility care on-site. You will support clinic-based care and ASC operations, including pre- and post-operative recovery, regulatory compliance, and care coordination.

This full-time role requires early hours, rotating weekends/holidays, and an opportunity to work with a mission-driven team focused on patient outcomes and professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or higher.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Colorado with active license.
• ACLS certification required or current within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence and rapport with patients undergoing treatment.
• Case manage a large patient portfolio across fertility services.
• Coordinate treatment for Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation.
• Order time-sensitive medications for patients.
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within ASC settings.
• Monitor and assess patients in pre- and post-operative phases.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results.
