Job summary

Spring Fertility in Denver, CO is seeking a Nurse Coordinator RN (On-Site) to deliver patient-centered fertility care. The role supports clinic-based patient care and ASC operations, including pre- and post-operative recovery and OR support.

You will coordinate care for Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation, order medications, and ensure safe perioperative processes with a compassionate approach to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ACLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation.
• Order time-sensitive medications.
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center.
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Role Summary

The Nurse Coordinator RN (On ‑ Site) plays a critical role in delivering an exceptional,patient ‑ centeredfertility care experience. Open Fertility nurses serve as trusted clinical partners—providing compassionate, knowledgeable, andhands ‑ oncare throughout each patient’s treatment journey.

This role supports bothclinic ‑ basedpatient care and operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), including pre ‑ andpost ‑ operativerecovery, operating room support, regulatory compliance, and coordination of care.

Education, Licenses, Certifications and Other Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Current ACLS certification

Employment Type

This is a full-time (40 hours a week/8 hours per day) non-exempt onsite position that requires early hours, rotational weekends and holidays.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $45-$50/hour. Salary is based on several factors including job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees.
