Job summary

Spring Fertility is seeking a Nurse Coordinator RN (On-Site) to deliver patient-centered fertility care. You will support clinic-based patient care and ASC operations, including pre- and post-operative recovery, OR support, and coordination of care.

Responsibilities include establishing rapport with patients, coordinating treatment for Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation, ordering time-sensitive medications, admitting and discharging patients, monitoring pre- and post-operative phases, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and ACLS certification.
• Registered nursing license may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Establish confidence, trust, and a positive rapport with all patients.
• Coordinate treatment for patients undergoing Egg Freezing, IUI, IVF, and Egg Donation.
• Order time-sensitive medications.
• Admit, treat, and discharge patients within the ambulatory surgery center.
• Monitor and assess patients during pre- and post-operative phases.
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions and communicate results to patients.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
