Job summary

Spring Fertility, a leading fertility group, seeks a Physician Liaison and Community Manager to build relationships between Spring physicians and referring physicians, medical groups, wellness providers, and community partners in the New York area.

The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a detail-oriented, metrics-driven mindset, and event management expertise to increase referral volume while collaborating with Marketing and other teams. Travel within the region is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of three years healthcare or sales experience; physicians experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license, active insurance, and a clean driving record are required due to travel and field-based nature of this position.

Responsibilities

• Physician outreach and relationship development.
• Positioning Spring as a leader in fertility care.
• Introduce new Spring physicians to the market.
• Regularly contact referring physicians, office managers, community grand rounds coordinators, and staff to build relationships and drive referral volume.
• Develop and foster new relationships with prospective accounts.
• Report weekly on referral volume by channel and track outreach effectiveness.
• Coordinate patient- and prospective patient-facing events to drive brand awareness.
• Maintain outreach schedule for Spring Fertility physicians in the community.
• Work with Marketing to develop collateral to support outreach.
