Job summary

US Fertility in Manhattan, NY is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join the Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York network. The role supports fertility patients through coordination, education, and care management, with a schedule Mon–Fri and occasional weekends.

You will collaborate with a large team of physicians, provide patient-centered care, document in records, and help families start their journeys.

Qualifications

• RN licensed and in good standing with the state.
• Fertility experience and women's health background preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload and coordinate care.
• Strong computer skills and EMR proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal and team-working abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fertility patient care and treatment plans.
• Monitor patients during treatment and educate them.
• Communicate orders and lab results with interpretation.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
• Document care in patient records.
