Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Akron, OH is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our patient‑centered fertility team. The role focuses on evaluations, treatments, and triage within a multidisciplinary practice, with autonomy in handling OB cases and a commitment to compassionate care.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of clinical experience, an OH RN license, and BLS certification. This full‑time, onsite position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, with Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Active OH state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds, uterine assessments, and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Effectively triage cases, including bleeding OBs, ectopics, and challenging early OB ultrasounds.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout their treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to stay current in reproductive medicine.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
