Job summary

Schraft’s 2.0, a fertility-focused pharmacy in Cedar Knolls, NJ, seeks aspiring Pharmacy Technicians for a fast-paced, second-shift role (Mon–Fri 11:30 am–8:00 pm) with occasional Saturdays (9 am–3 pm).

Under the supervision of a Registered Pharmacist, you will prepare, package, and distribute medications, assist with inventory, and help ensure accurate prescription fulfillment while delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level opportunity for pharmacy technician students or early-career technicians.
• NJ State License required; CPhT highly preferred.
• Availability for 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays.
• Compassionate, motivated self-starter with a can-do attitude and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Select drugs from stock for preparation and label containers.
• Package and ship medication packages to meet safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone.
• Prepare and track delivery instructions and invoices for home/office delivery.
• Monitor inventory, manage expiration dates, and maintain proper storage.
• Maintain cleanliness of pharmacy and workstations.
• Compound sterile and non-sterile fertility medications as needed.
• Assist with filing systems (hard copy, signature logs, invoices).
