Job summary

Tris Pharma, Inc. located in Monmouth Junction, New Jersey, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician on 2nd shift (days/hours: M-F 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM). The role supports the production of pharmaceutical products in a cGMP/FDA-regulated environment. Pay is commensurate with experience.

The technician will operate and maintain production equipment, document activities, and work with cross-functional teams to meet batch specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to read and interpret safety/environmental policies and SOPs.
• Strong teamwork and communication to coordinate with production staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing pharmaceutical products following SOPs, cGMPs, and FDA standards.
• Perform day-to-day production activities: weighing, blending, filling, compression, coating, granulation.
• Set up, change over, and test runs of equipment for various batch sizes and products.
• Collaborate with other production staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Accurately document batch records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Follow work orders and specifications while adhering to safety policies.
