NewLIFE Pensacola, a fertility care provider, seeks a Financial Services Representative to manage insurance benefits, pre-authorizations, and financial clearances for patients undergoing fertility treatments. You will work with clinical staff, insurers, and our Central Billing Office to explain options and ensure smooth financial navigation.

This full-time on-site role requires 1–2 years in healthcare insurance or medical billing, proficiency with EMR and billing software, and strong

Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in healthcare insurance, medical billing, or financial services.
Strong understanding of medical insurance processes and pre-authorization workflows.
Proficiency with CPT/ICD-10 coding.
Experience with EMR and medical billing software.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsabilités

Manage pre-certifications for fertility treatments and procedures.
Verify insurance benefits and explain coverage and self-pay options clearly to patients.
Obtain authorizations for diagnostic tests.
Provide financial counseling on treatment costs, co-pays, and payment plan options.
Communicate financial clearance status to clinical staff via scheduling and billing systems.
Monitor patient accounts for billing accuracy and follow up on outstanding balances.
Schedule and pre-certify surgical procedures with centers and insurers.
Maintain HIPAA-compliant financial documentation.
Support onboarding and training of new FSR team members.
