Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support fertility-focused surgical procedures in a fast-paced clinical setting. The position is onsite in Seattle, WA, and part-time with shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

You will maintain aseptic technique, scrub into cases, and assist the surgical team to ensure patient safety and efficient procedures. Applicants should have WA licensure, completion of an accredited program, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Washington State DOH Surgical Technologist licensure is required.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fertility procedures and maintain aseptic technique.
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields, scrub into cases, and support the surgical team.
• Position patients and monitor comfort and safety in the OR.
• Participate in OR turnover, decontamination, sterilization, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory to ensure supplies and instruments are available.
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and reps to ensure functionality.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and team members.
