Job summary

Everleap Fertility in Houston seeks a Nurse Practitioner to deliver high-level patient care in a premier fertility center. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients, order tests, interpret labs, and educate patients in reproductive medicine.

The NP collaborates with physicians and staff in a team-based model, performing morning monitoring and IUI-related duties with opportunities for ongoing education and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Current state license as Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority.
• MSN or DNP degree is required.
• Board certification in Family Nurse Practitioner or Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner.
• BLS certification; ACLS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtains detailed medical histories, reviews records, and performs physical exams.
• Performs infertility evaluations, gynecologic exams, ultrasounds, and tests; interprets labs.
• Performs morning monitoring including ultrasounds and IUI.
• Collaborates with physician on individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribes medications and provides referrals.
• Provides counseling and education to patients.
• Acts as liaison between physician and clinical staff to ensure high-level care.
