Job summary

IVI America is seeking a Fertility Nurse Manager to lead nursing teams across Bellevue and Seattle. The role is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotating weekends/holidays, and offers a 10% target annual bonus based on performance.

The Nurse Manager will supervise nursing care, drive clinical excellence, and partner with leadership to enhance patient experience and support regional growth. A current RN license and BSN are required.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted State RN license – required
• Graduate from an accredited BSN program
• Master’s in nursing or healthcare administration – preferred
• BLS and/or ACLS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations and mentor staff
• Drive clinical excellence and patient experience
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and administrative decisions
• Maintain staffing plans and ensure adequate coverage across locations
• Represent nursing matters with external professional organizations
• Monitor department KPIs and compliance with regulations
