Job summary

IVI RMA North America is seeking a Fertility Nurse Manager to lead nursing teams across Bellevue and Seattle. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday with rotating weekends and holidays, offering a 10% target bonus based on performance.

You will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, drive clinical excellence, and partner with leadership to grow services across the region. The position requires strong leadership and a state RN license with BSN.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted State RN license –required.
• Graduate from an accredited BSN program.
• Master’s in nursing or healthcare administration –preferred
• BLS and/or ACLS a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations, mentor and develop staff, drive clinical excellence, and partner with leadership to enhance patient experience and regional growth.
• Monitor KPIs and staffing levels; forecast headcount based on growth.
• Maintain compliant policies and standard operating procedures across locations.
• Lead periodic Nursing meetings and ensure ongoing education for staff.
• Ensure timely timesheet, PTO management and organizational efficiency.
• Serve as IVI RMA spokesperson for nursing matters and represent the company with professional organizations.

IVI RMA North America is seeking an experiencedNurse Manager to lead and support our fertility nursing teams across the Bellevue and Seattle. This is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with rotating weekends and holidays leadership opportunity for a passionate RN who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.

This position is eligible for a target annual bonus opportunity of 10% of base salary, subject to company and individual performance metrics and plan terms.

In this role, you'll oversee nursing operations, mentor and develop staff, drive clinical excellence, and partner with leadership to enhance the patient experience and support continued growth across the region. Job Purpose:

The Nurse Manager supervises and directs nursing care and all related activities according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives of the Nursing Department. In addition, this position participates as a member of the management team in strategic planning, policy formation, and administrative decision making with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of nursing services.

Essential Functions and Accountabilities:

• Collaborates with Clinic Director(s) to devise and implement a strategic plan that focuses on: the quality of patient care rendered; an improved patient experience and the best possible clinical outcomes; maximizing productivity of the nursing staff; highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement; identifying challenges/ risks that require corrective action.
• Identifies, develops, and facilitates goals and objectives for the Nursing Department, as well as for individual nurses, that promote professional growth and improved performance.
• Develops, reviews and revises Nursing Workflows, Standing Orders and Clinical Practice Guidelines in collaboration with Medical Affairs.
• Hosts periodic REI Nurse Administrator and/or monthly Nursing Meetings. Ensures Nursing staff remains up to date on business items, clinic operations, workflows, Standards of Practice, and Clinical Practice Guidelines. Identifies knowledge gaps and coordinates with the Education/QA Team to provide continuing nursing education.
• Maintains leadership presence at all clinic locations through scheduled site visits (quarterly or with increased frequency as needed).
• Monitors and reports department KPIs.
• Ensures all offices are staffed appropriately and patient assignments are consistently distributed. Appropriately forecasts the need for additional headcount based on growth projections.
• Ensure team members have the necessary training for proper performance and development.
• Maintain organization of team members’ timesheets, PTO, etc. to ensure that tasks are properly carried out.
• Transmit the Company’s policies (health and safety, labor legislation, training, etc.) to ensure compliance.
• Serve as IVI RMA spokesperson for nursing matters. Represent the Company with professional nursing and related professional organizations.

Academic Training:

• Current, unrestricted State RN license –required
• Graduate from an accredited BSN program.
• Master’s in nursing or healthcare administration –preferred
• BLS and/or ACLS a plus.

Position Requirements/Experience:

• 3+ years’ experience in infertility medicine -preferredPrior work experience as a nurse manager may be considered in lieu of REI experience.
• Previous leadership experience -preferred
• Knowledge and experience in implementing Federal, State and Local laws and regulations relative to a physician practice required.

Technical Skills:

• Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel - required
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Meticulous organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Superior time-management, customer service, and critical-thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, stress and multiple simultaneous work demands in an effective and professional manner
