Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Washington is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our multidisciplinary team, delivering compassionate fertility care across our Seattle-area clinics. This is a full-time, onsite role with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend/holiday coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) with an active WA state RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Active BLS required.
• Women’s health background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments, including fertility evaluations and initial workups.
• Manage fertility treatments such as ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), and in vitro fertilization (IVF).
• Perform diagnostic procedures, including ultrasounds and monitoring for fertility treatments.
• Educate patients on fertility treatments, procedures, medications, and care plans.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families throughout treatment.
• Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and laboratory staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records in EMR systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.
