Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in health care scheduling or similar role, with no degree or equivalent.
• 3 years of relevant work experience (call center, scheduling, financial clearance, customer service) required.
• With a Bachelor's Degree, 1 year relevant work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex processes involving multiple calls to collect records and coordinate with clinical team.
• Register and schedule new patients and partners with attention to scheduling guidelines.
• Confirm insurance information and collect applicable fees when needed.
• Coordinate and review patient medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Identify needed support services and refer to fertility education or psychology as appropriate.
• Participate in daily/weekly new patient review meetings with service access nurse.
