Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Laboratory Assistant to support both andrology and endocrinology labs at the Chicago location. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration with physicians and nurses, and timely processing to support patient care and outcomes.

The position requires a high school diploma (biology/chemistry preferred) and 6+ months of lab experience. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of laboratory experience outside coursework.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laboratory operations, audits, compliance checks, and reporting, including sample collection and handling.
• Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes.
• Manage cryogenic storage equipment and inventory cryopreserved specimens.
• Coordinate transportation of cryopreserved specimens with third-party vendors.
• Maintain EMR patient records and process record requests.
• Serve as primary contact between laboratory, physicians, and nursing teams.
• Organize laboratory paperwork, supply inventory, and data submission.
• Assist with additional projects and administrative duties.
