Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health) is seeking a Patient Services Representative for Almara Women\\'s Health in Maple Grove. This full-time role includes patient registration, check-in, handling calls, scheduling, and coordinating with the fertility clinic.

The position offers a $750 sign-on bonus for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. High School diploma and customer service experience required; medical terminology knowledge preferred.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current business practices.
• Accurate and timely scheduling of new and existing patients in the current practice management system.
• Communicate all pertinent information to patients, including appointment information, directions, check-in times, referral information and copayments.
• Chart preparation and management.
• Answer patient calls, schedule appointments and direct calls as appropriate.
• Maintain a working knowledge of health care plan requirements and health plan networks.
• Maintain timely communication with patients, families, and staff.
• Any and all other duties as assigned.
