Job summary

Washington University in St. Louis is seeking a leader to direct the Fertility & Reproductive Medicine clinic's clinical and financial activities. You will supervise the check-in/out team, medical assistants, phlebotomy and sonographers in coordination with physicians.

Responsibilities include planning operations, supervising personnel, managing budgets and payroll, improving procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Weekend coverage may be required; strong leadership is essential.

• Collaborate with physicians to oversee schedules and workflows.
• Develop and maintain office policies, practices, and clinical flow.
• Supervise front desk, medical records, and billing functions as needed.
• Direct staff activities, evaluate performance, and orient new hires.
• Oversee payroll, time reporting, and related financial processes.
• Manage finances including budget, revenues, expenses, and invoices.
