Job summary

KB Simple is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager for its East Bay Clinic. In this leadership role, you will oversee a clinical team, ensuring top-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will manage staff performance, conduct training, and support operational efficiencies.

The ideal candidate holds a current Registered Nurse license in California and has over four years of experience in a fertility practice or as a manager in Women's Health. Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a nurse in a fertility practice or managerial experience in an outpatient Women’s Health clinic.
• Passion for women’s health and fertility.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of nurses, medical assistants, and sonographers.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients.
• Manage time cards and procedural scheduling.
