Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility in Arlington, VA is seeking a Practice Manager to lead daily clinic operations, enhance patient experience, and manage a multidisciplinary team. This onsite, full‑time role partners with physicians and shared services to ensure smooth scheduling, compliance, and service delivery across the practice.

You will work closely with HR on staffing, monitor performance metrics, oversee facilities and vendors, and align local operations with network standards, with occasional support

Qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare operations experience in a medical setting.
• Demonstrated leadership with coaching and development of teams.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred and willingness to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and workflows.
• Champion an exceptional patient experience, handling concerns and service recovery.
• Lead, coach, and develop clinic staff; foster accountability and collaboration.
• Partner with HR on staffing, onboarding, scheduling, and performance.
• Monitor operational and patient-experience metrics and drive improvements.
• Oversee facilities, supplies, vendors, and the clinic environment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate with physicians and shared services to align local operations.
• Support management of clinic resources and occasional nearby locations.
