The role supports a busy team across a national network, engaging with patients and staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in hospital or medical office setting preferred.
• Phone call experience in an office or medical setting.
• Strong knowledge of insurance/benefits and medical billing.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors to the office.
• Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls.
• Schedule appointments using a computerized system and follow up as needed.
• Provide timely, accurate information and quality customer service to patient inquiries.
• Maintain patient accounts with current personal, financial, and insurance data.
