Job summary

US Fertility in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk. Schedule is Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM with weekend/holiday coverage as needed; occasional float to Virginia Beach location. Compensation ranges from $78,000 to $83,000 annually.

The role emphasizes coordination of fertility patient care, education, and collaboration with a national team of physicians. RN license and IVF experience preferred.

Qualifications

• RN required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license without restrictions required.
• IVF/Fertility experience and background in women's health preferred. Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service and results oriented, highly responsive to requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with interpretation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care services in patient and department records.
