Job summary
US Fertility, the nation's leading network of physician-led fertility centers, is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility at our Norfolk, Virginia location. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends and a holiday, along with a compensation range of $78,000 to $83,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will coordinate care for fertility patients, monitor treatment plans, communicate orders and results, and support
Qualifications
- RN license active in state (Virginia or multi-state)
- BSN degree preferred
- IVF/Fertility experience or background in women's health preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload of fertility patients
- Proficiency with computer systems and patient records
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the care of fertility patients across treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and provide direction and education
- Communicate physician orders and lab results clearly and accurately
- Support patients and families with compassionate care
- Document patient care activities in the medical records
