US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Stony Point, Virginia. The schedule runs every other Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM, with holiday coverage on weekends. Compensation is $38 per hour, commensurate with experience.
The role offers growth within a nationally respected organization while staying closely connected to patients and teams you support daily. A RN license and IVF experience are valued, with training provided as needed.
Qualifikationen
- IVF/fertility experience and background in women's health is a plus; training will be provided.
- Valid RN license and ability to work within clinical protocols.
- Experience with electronic medical records is required.
- Strong customer service skills and self-motivation are essential.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical RN experience.
Aufgaben
- Coordinate, case manage, and treat fertility patients per protocols.
- Educate patients on procedures and injections.
- Schedule treatments after visits and follow-ups.
- Coordinate treatment plans with clinical teams.
- Provide compassionate emotional support to patients and families.
