Job summary

US Fertility in St. Petersburg, FL, is hiring a Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility. The role supports fertility patients through coordination, case management, and direct patient care. You will monitor treatment plans, interpret results, and communicate with physicians and patients.

The ideal candidate is an RN with IVF experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach. BSN is preferred and computer proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing is required.
• BSN degree is preferred.
• Fertility/IVF experience with women's health background is desirable.
• Ability to manage a caseload of fertility patients.
• Proficiency with computer systems and charting.
• Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
• Responsive to patient needs and service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage fertility patient care across treatment plans.
• Monitor patients and guide them through treatment steps.
• Communicate physician orders and lab results with explanations.
• Provide compassionate support to patients and families.
• Document care in patient and department records.
