Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound material flow, inventory levels and quality control.
• Schedule and track daily production to meet expectations.
• Record production data into Production Tracker and Monthly Production Logs.
• Ensure shipped materials meet customer order requirements and maintain traceability.
• Collaborate with other department managers to meet tasks, metrics and expectations.
• Supervise Ferrous employees, including hiring and corrective actions.
• Drive efficiencies to reduce monthly operating costs.
• Communicate with employees, vendors and customers regularly.
• Learn and operate equipment as needed to assist the team.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards.
