Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Lobby Lounge Server Assistant to support our food and beverage team with guest service excellence on Hawaii's premier oceanfront resort.

This role requires a minimum of one year in food service, the ability to carry and balance a tray, and compliance with Hawaii Food Handler's Card requirements. You will report to the Lobby Lounge Management Team and work full-time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of food service or related work.
• Ability to carry and balance a tray.
• Hawaii Food Handler's Card is required.
• Tuberculosis clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist food servers by delivering food from the kitchen to guests and clearing tables.
• Breakdown, clean, and reset tables, buffets, and food stations.
• Stock linen, china, silver, and glassware and ensure they are polished and readily available.

Lobby Lounge Server Assistant

Assist food servers with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china , glass, and silver from service as well as attend to guest needs and requests . This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division , reporting to the Lobby Lounge Management Team . Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Do

• Assistance with guest service including retrieving food from the kitchen using a tray and safely transporting it to guest , as well as removal of items from the guest's table.
• Breakdown, clean and set- up of tables, buffets, and food stations .
• S tock linen, china , silver and glassware for service ensuring that all are polished and in good condition .
