Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Cook 5 to join our Food & Beverage team. This role handles breakfast, lunch, and dinner orders with a focus on quality and safety, reporting to Kitchen Management.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States and have relevant culinary skills. Responsibilities include preparing menu items per Four Seasons standards, assisting with food prep to meet demand, and maintaining safe, organized workspaces.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years kitchen experience.
• Working understanding of fundamental cooking methods.
• Ability to multitask and take direction.
• Understanding of safe food-handling procedures.
• Demonstrated reliability, organization, and willingness to learn.
• Hawaii Food Handler’s Card.
• ServSafe (within 3 months).
• Tuberculosis Clearance.

The Cook 5 prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner, food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment. This role is part of the Food & Beverage Division, reporting to the Kitchen Management Team. Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States at the time of application.

What You Will Bring
