Job summary

Futran Tech Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Production Technician 1 for our Huntington Beach, CA facility. You will set up production equipment, prepare batches per established recipes, monitor the fermentation process, and ensure the production area and equipment are clean and compliant.

The role is non-exempt, full-time with a rotating 12-hour schedule (6pm–6am) and guaranteed OT. Applicants should have 2+ years in manufacturing, be fluent in English, and confidently operate machinery safely.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience or equivalent.
• Able to speak, read, and write in English.
• Must learn to operate machinery safely and demonstrate safe operation.

Responsibilities

• Set up production equipment and load media into reactors/tanks.
• Use HMI to monitor performance and adjust parameters.
• Replace consumables, calibrate probes and scales.
• Operate material handling equipment (mixers, pumps, centrifuges, conveyors, dryers).
• Input batch data into records and computer systems.
• Follow CIP protocols to keep equipment clean.
