The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and willingness to work rotating shifts, including 12- and 8-hour schedules with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Production experience (2 yrs preferred) in manufacturing environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment.
• Strong problem solving, teamwork, and basic computer skills (Excel/Word).

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines and monitor quality to keep production flowing.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic repairs on equipment.
• Work rotating shifts, overtime and weekends as needed.
