Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of fermentation processes and equipment.
• Experience leading fermentation production teams.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate fermentation production to fulfill orders and meet inventory needs.
• Troubleshoot fermentation equipment to maximize quality and minimize downtime.
• Forecast production requirements and coordinate logistics accordingly.
• Oversee inventory of raw materials and reconcile outputs weekly.
• Hire, train, develop, and evaluate production staff; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement continuous process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Facilitate preventive maintenance with maintenance personnel.
• Serve as back-up for the Packaging Manager when needed.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to fermentation output.
