Job summary

Triton Environmental Consultants, Ltd. seeks a Production Supervisor for Fermentation Operations to oversee daily fermentation production, supervise Fermentation Associates, and ensure safe, compliant, high-quality manufacturing performance.

You will coordinate staffing, production schedules, inventory, and process improvements while collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, production, fermentation, inventory management, or related operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities
