Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical skills and comfort with equipment.
• Basic PC skills with Windows applications.
• Learn basic microbiological techniques for fermentation.
• Commitment to GMPs and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe environment.
• Learn and perform basic microbiological culture prep and maintenance.
• Operate, clean, and perform minor maintenance on fermentors and related equipment.
• Read and report test results using scientific instruments.
• Maintain documentation and SOP compliance.
• Assist with timecards, worksheets, and logs.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed.
