Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a fermentation technician to support the production of active biological ingredients in Lincoln, Nebraska. You will learn basic microbiological techniques, follow SOPs, and operate and maintain fermentation equipment, with emphasis on safety and quality.

This role requires a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and good communication. Shift: 10:00pm–6:30am, Sunday-Thursday with overtime; benefits start day 1 and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Basic mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of Windows-based PC applications.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment.
• Understand and comply with safety SOPs and procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability in attendance and punctuality.
• Learn and understand basic microbiological techniques to prepare and maintain cultures for bacterial antigen production.
• Learn and comply with SOPs and GMP documentation.
