United Site Services in Warwick, RI is seeking a Fence Technician to safely transport, install, and remove temporary fencing at customer sites. You will ensure timely service delivery, operate company vehicles in compliance with safety standards, and support onboarding of new team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL Class C license.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Inspect tools daily and ensure safety and proper working condition.
• Verify loads contain all materials and tools for service tickets.
• Perform daily pre-shift vehicle inspections and report deficiencies.
• Operate fence vehicle between designated work sites.
• Unload fence materials and install panels per specifications.
• Coordinate workload and supervise Fence Helper; monitor progress.
• Meet with site superintendent to confirm work order and maintain contact.
• Record personnel, production and operational data; report to Fence Manager.
• Train Fence Helpers on procedures and safety; assist lead technician as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
