Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write quotes. This is an outside sales role, visiting customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided and top reps earn six figures; we coach hard and pay for performance. You will use pricing tools on-site, discuss materials and install processes, and hand off approved projects to the PM.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time

• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
