Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to visit homeowners, measure properties, and generate quotes for installed fencing projects. You will work outside, with 4–6 pre-booked appointments daily and I.T.-assisted pricing tools to build accurate quotes on-site.

Expect a commission-driven environment with coaching and a clear path to higher earnings. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
