Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run pre-booked home appointments, measure properties, and write quotes on-site. This is an outside sales role—you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week and build trust to close projects.

You'll use pricing tools on laptop/tablet, educate homeowners on options, and hand off signed work to the project manager with clear notes. Training is provided with uncapped commissions and a clear path to sales leadership.

Qualifications

• Outside sales role with pre-booked appointments and on-site quotes.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Comfortable measuring properties and reading surveys.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow up with prospects.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day at homeowner sites.
• Measure properties accurately and identify project scope.
• Build quotes on-site using pricing tools with laptop/tablet.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Measure properties accurately and identify scope

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
