Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to conduct 4–6 pre-booked appointments weekly across the Dallas–Fort Worth metro area. You will measure properties, prepare on-site quotes, and educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.

Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license are required. This role offers uncapped commission with top reps earning $120k+, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and potential career growth into sales management.

Qualifications

• On-site sales experience or home-improvement knowledge preferred.
• Ability to measure properties and create quotes on-site.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Customer-facing selling with a track record of meeting targets.

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey
