Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to meet homeowners, measure properties, and deliver on-site quotes. This outside sales role involves 4–6 visits weekly and travel within the metro area.

You will build quotes using our pricing tools, educate homeowners on materials, and follow up to close deals. Pre-booked appointments replace cold-calling, and a path to sales leadership is available for top performers.

Job description

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Measure properties accurately and identify scope

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time

• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
