Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes. This outside sales role offers uncapped commissions and on-the-job coaching in a fast-paced metro area.

You'll rely on provided leads, pre-booked appointments, and pricing tools to close projects. A reliable vehicle, valid license, and strong communication are essential for success and career growth into sales management.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred, especially in home services.
• Explore and measure properties to determine scope and quotes.
• Able to build quotes on-site using pricing tools.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone required.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools.
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.

Job description

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Measure properties accurately and identify scope

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet)

• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process

• Follow up with prospects until they decide

• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes

• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone (we'll reimburse mileage)

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Comfortable measuring with a tape and reading a property survey

• Strong communication — written and spoken

• Self-motivated, organized, on-time

• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets

• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus
