Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to meet homeowners, measure property, and prepare quotes on-site. This outside sales role involves 4–6 home visits weekly across the Metro area, with leads provided and no cold-calling.

Top reps earn six figures in year two; paid training, mileage reimbursement, and a clear career path to sales management are offered. You’ll use pricing tools and CRM to close projects and ensure smooth handoffs to the PM.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required.
• Strong communication, written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Comfortable with basic spreadsheets and pricing tools.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop/tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.
