Job summary

Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day with homeowners, measure properties, and write quotes on-site using our pricing tools.

This outside sales role requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication to educate homeowners on materials and the install process. Top performers earn uncapped commissions with paid training and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

We're looking for a Fence Sales Representative to run scheduled appointments with homeowners, measure their property, and write winning quotes. This is an outside sales role — you'll be at customers' homes 4–6 days a week.

Leads are provided. You're not cold-calling — homeowners requested a quote, and your job is to show up on time, build trust, and earn the project.

Top reps clear six figures in their second year. We coach hard but we also pay the people who close.

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
