Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked homeowner appointments daily, measure properties, and write on-site quotes using our pricing tools.

This outside sales role relies on trust, timely follow-up, and turning quotes into signed projects handed to the project manager. A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and CRM familiarity are required; top performers earn six figures with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Reliable vehicle and a smartphone.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication, written and spoken.
• Self-motivated, organized, on-time.
• Comfortable with a CRM and basic spreadsheets.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.
