Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked homeowner appointments, measure properties, and write on-site quotes using pricing tools. This outside sales role relies on trusted leads rather than cold calls and includes paid training.

You will drive a reliable vehicle, maintain a clean driving record, and use a CRM with spreadsheets to track prospects. Uncapped commissions offer top earners $120k+ annually, with mileage reimbursement and flexible

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Reliable vehicle and smartphone; mileage reimbursement.
• Able to measure with a tape and read property surveys.
• Strong written and spoken communication; self-motivated and organized.
• Experience with CRM and basic spreadsheets preferred.
• Construction or home-improvement background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.
