Texas Select Fencing LLC is seeking a Fence Sales Representative to run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day, measure properties, and write quotes on-site. This outside sales role requires presenting options to homeowners and building trust to close projects.

Leads are provided; you’ll use pricing tools, CRM, and spreadsheets. Top reps earn $120k+ with uncapped commissions, mileage reimbursement, and a paid training program to ramp up quickly.

Qualifications

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.
• Measure properties accurately and identify scope.
• Experience in fence sales or home-improvement is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable with CRM and basic spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Run 4–6 pre-booked appointments per day across the metro area.

• Build quotes on-site using our pricing tools (laptop / tablet).
• Educate homeowners on materials, styles, and the install process.
• Follow up with prospects until they decide.
• Hand off signed projects to the project manager with clean notes.
• Hit a monthly closing target — we'll teach you the system.
