Job summary

United Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Fence Installation Associate in Sugar Hill, GA to deliver, install, remove, and repair temporary fencing. You will work safely, communicate with dispatch, and provide excellent customer service while loading and securing equipment for each job site.

The role requires a valid license with a clean record, 1 year of truck driving, and 2 years fencing/construction experience preferred. Training for forklift operation and safety is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to drive day or night.
• 1 year of truck driving experience required; CDL preferred; DOT medical card needed before starting.
• 2 years fencing/construction experience preferred.
• Safety-focused with knowledge of safe driving procedures.
• Forklift operation training provided.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety guidelines and procedures.
• Safely operate fencing truck and secure loads daily.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Inspect tools and ensure safe operation before use.
• Load/unload and coordinate fence installation with customers.
• Set fence poles, install fence, and assist with site preparation.
• Coordinate and oversee fencing projects with customers and team.
• Train teammates on safety and installation techniques.
• Provide on-site moves and fence disposal or pickup as needed.
